Patriot's day was a lot of fun. For those not from New England, it is the day we celebrate the first shots being fired to start the Revolutionary War. Really early in the morning, there is a reenactment of the first shots on the Lexington green. Since we live really close to this, Aleks decided it was time to take Isaac. So they got up at 4:30am and made their way there to watch it (appropriate since they are the early birds in the house). Isaac thought it was the greatest thing even thought the muskets were a little loud.
William and I stayed home and slept in until 7am. That was a great start of the day for me.
